Sr. Frontend Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to lead the design and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver innovative user experiences that drive engagement and business growth. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, performance optimization, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reusable UI components using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

• Optimize frontend performance, reducing load times by 30%+ through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams in agile environments, mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

• Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.

• Architect and implement Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and micro-frontend systems to improve scalability and deployment speed.

• Integrate AI-driven personalization features and analytics tools to enhance user engagement.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, WCAG compliance, and adherence to security best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer.

• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, SCSS).

• Deep experience with React, Next.js, Redux, and state management patterns.

• Proficiency with build tools (Webpack, Vite), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and SEO best practices.

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and automated testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architectures, WebAssembly, or cloud deployment (AWS, GCP).

• Contributions to open-source projects or public GitHub repositories.

• Leadership in design systems, component libraries, or UI/UX innovation.
