Job Description
Sarova Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of their signature dining outlets. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who combines operational excellence, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities.
• Own the outlet’s vibrancy: events, partnerships, ambience, and guest engagement. • Bring fresh, exciting ideas to life—concepts, promotions, entertainment collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with Marketing to tell compelling stories across digital and social platforms. Revenue & Performance Excellence
• Lead outlet P&L, menu engineering, and revenue boosting strategies.
• Deliver four+ standout promotions per year across digital and in-house channels.
• Track REVPAR, APC, guest spend, and booking patterns to drive continuous growth.
• Partner with Operations, F&B, Sales, and the Executive Chef to maximise yield and elevate the dining experience.
Oversee décor, layout, signage, and event setups to ensure brand-perfect execution. • Craft captivating event descriptions for web and social use.
• Prepare monthly ROI, revenue, trend, and competitor analysis reports.
Must Haves
• 4+ years’ managerial experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Highly organised—able to multitask, prioritise, and manage complex projects with grace.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-centered mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Must have successfully managed a stand-alone bar and restaurant with unbelievably high turnovers! Language & Reasoning Skills
• Fluent—written, spoken, and presentational.
• Strong decision-making, sound judgment, and the ability to handle diverse situations smoothly.
