Risk Analyst – Life Insurance Business

Monarch Insurance is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Risk Analyst to join their Life Insurance Business team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong underwriting and risk assessment expertise to contribute to the company's commitment to delivering innovative insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing proposed risks, processing underwriting documentation, maintaining accurate policy records, and supporting sound underwriting decisions in line with established company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/ACII qualification or demonstrated progress towards professional certification is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in Life Insurance underwriting.
• Strong analytical, technical, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
